KM practitioners were engaged in a card sorting exercise to assist in structuring the Bucket.
The exercise was undertaken without a budget so the card sorting was undertaken in two groups of ten participants sorting through 30 items.
The items were a variety of topics and pages from the previous Bucket. They were randomly presented to participants asking them to group like elements and give names to these groups.
